3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout when required.

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Custom & Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information, including names, dates, spelling, sizing, colors, and other requested details before submitting an order.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from the personalization information submitted with the order.

5. Digital Products

Some products sold by The Crooked Thread Co. are digital products, including embroidery files and other downloadable designs.

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final sale once access or download has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their equipment, embroidery machine, software, hoop size, and other technology are compatible with the file formats and specifications listed before purchasing.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file according to the license provided with the product.

Unless a particular product listing or license states otherwise, you may use our digital embroidery designs to create finished physical products for personal use or small-business commercial sale.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, trade, or give away the digital file itself.
• Upload our files to file-sharing websites, groups, drives, marketplaces, or other distribution services.
• Claim the original digital design as your own.
• Sell or distribute modified versions of our digital files as digital products.
• Purchase one file and distribute it among multiple individuals or businesses.

Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.
